This is a decent multi-tool for maintaining and adjusting the Primus Omnilite in the field.
I have two issues with it though.
First, the needle is so thin that it breaks easily. That’s not the problem. The problem is that they could build in a small metal pocket on this tool to hold spare needles in case you break one in the field.
Second, the metal is too soft. I realize that this is designed to work with brass parks so you don’t want it too hard or else you could damage the jet bolts or base bolt, but even still, it is incredible soft and warps easily. It reminds me of the old Leatherman Wave, which did not resist torque very well, and once twisted, never really gets straight again.
All in all, it’s a great idea to have a spare multitool, but I’d want spare for the jet cleaning needle at the very least.
